At MOYASHI JAPAN BOOKS, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the clothing is unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the garments and place them back into the original MOYASHI branded packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the apparel, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
